Deliveries and payments


The order will be sent when payment for the order has been made. All orders are sent from Finland. The standard shipping delivery method is Posti (Finnish postal service).

    Card payments

    Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is an authorized Payment Institution.

    Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.



    Products and product prices

    The prices of the products are presented in connection with the product presentations. The price of the products includes the valid value added tax. The tax breakdown can be seen in the order confirmation.

    Returns, exchanges and claims

    Return policy

    You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Provided that the product to be returned is completely new in similar condition and in its original packaging. The right of return is valid for 14 days from the day you received your order.

    You can exercise your right of return by sending an email to: info@cebowigs.com with the title "RETURN REQUEST".

    The email must contain the following information:

    • Your order number
    • Product numbers and names of the products to be returned
    • Your name and address
    • Reason of returning

    We will register your return request and then send you return instructions by email.

    When you exercise your right of return, you are responsible for the postage costs of sending the product back.

    When the return has arrived, checked and approved, the amount of the order will be refunded using the same payment method you used when placing the order.


    Unfortunately, our online store does not offer exchanges. If you want to exchange the product for another one, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original product. Our products have a 14-day right of return.


    If you suspect that you have received an incorrect or a faulty product, please contact us by email at info@cebowigs.com. In the title field, write "CLAIM" and order number. Please provide a short description of what is wrong with the product and if possible, also send a picture of the product.

    In the event of a dispute, Finnish legislation and the Consumer Protection Act apply.
